Happy Yule everyone (or whichever Holiday greeting you'd prefer to hear). Holidays for me have been pretty good thus far. No family wars; although admittedly last night was rather hellish with my sister being wound tighter than something that is very tightly wound. She was insane.

Despite how rarely I go to parties and such (really only rare because of my tiny social life), I really do enjoy them. Getting a little drunk, hanging out with people that I like... it's all good stuff. I'm glad that we eventually got there. I don't mind busing to somewhere I don't know when it's light outside. Today was just a really fucking good day. There were lots of things that contributed to it being good; the obedience & general good-girl-y-ness of my Princess, my father's enjoyment of his birthday cupcake, pizza dinner, work-less classes, and long lunch hour... It was all great.

Yesterday, for the first time ever, I went to the fair. I didn't get to do a lot of things in my childhood that seem to be considered standard fare (candy, cartoons, scary movies, amusement parks), so my Princess has taken it upon herself to educate me by doing everything now.
